SOME HISTORY

Formerly known as vmac+cheese, I began writing my blog in the summer of 2008. Like so many bloggers, I needed a good creative outlet (in my case, to share stories about life as a recent culinary school grad and fledgling freelancer). And, like so many bloggers, things fortuitously snowballed with my work online turning into a community, then a few projects, then a studio, then a career. Long live the Internet!
