I’ve been on a cream blush kick over the last year—it’s just so easy! Maybe it was all the travel I did in 2019, maybe I just got sick of washing my blush brush. Either way, it’s definitely a key player in my quick morning makeup look. Swipe, blend, go!
My latest and greatest cream blush find is from Kosas (who continues to make great products I’m really digging, but maybe that’s a full post for another day!). Their Color & Light cream blush palettes are gorgeous. I picked up the one called Velvet Melon; when I first opened it, I flinched, because I thought surely the shade would look too bright and orangey on me. But no — it feels so creamy and rich going on, and blends beautifully for a gorgeous, fresh, rosy glow. You can use it with or without the accompanying highlighter. When I do use it, I dab a little bit across the cheekbones, on the bridge of my nose, the cupid’s bow, and under the brow arches. Easy and pretty!
