From the $10 Kodak

Looking at photos from the disposable cameras we took to Cabo was like taking a trip back to 1998. I love my DSLR, but there’s something to be said for the fun of using a disposable camera then eagerly awaiting what you get back. In the digital age, these photos have such a distinct vintage quality to them. And then, when I think about the fact that an item that seemed normal to me 10 years ago now gives off a ‘vintage’ vibe, I want to laugh a little.

Cute pictures! It’s funny how they look sort of ‘vintage’ because they’re on a real camera. I love them though, what a fun idea!

Haha. So scary to think that disposable cameras are kinda vintagey. Gorgeous pictures!! And yes, I’m wishing I were on a catamaran right now ;)

I totally agree with the “vintage vibe” of the pictures. They’re fun! Who need photoshop and editing software knowledge as well as several hours editing photos if you can have pictures like these? Now you’ve given me idea on how to get the perfect vintage effect even with my skills (or lack thereof) in photoshopping.

The beaches are nice by the way. And I would love to be on that catamaran any day. :)
