Last week, the lovely Gabrielle turned me on to a fun new video series from Vogue, Elettra’s Goodness. In these short, sweet little videos, Elettra visits with actors, actresses, models, and tastemakers to help them make their favorite dish in the kitchen, and to simply chit chat, like anyone would when cooking alongside a friend. You can watch Grace Coddington whip up roasted steak with potato gratin (something she admits would be frowned upon at Vogue — though I love that she makes it anyway), or Blake Lively put together a scrumptious looking concoction of baked brie in puff pastry with shallots and four types of fruit balsamic vinegars. It’s fun to see celebs in a more casual, relaxed environment, talking about the one thing you know anyone can bond over: food!
It looks like new episodes are released regularly (perhaps weekly?). You can follow along on Vogue’s YouTube Channel (where there’s also more behind the scenes footage), or on the Vogue website here.
