Here’s a little bit of what we’ve been up to over the last couple weeks. Exploring the city (when it’s not raining — we’re seriously in for a longgg hurricane season), shopping for furniture (always fun!), seeking out new Mexican restaurants. I think Lucy and I both have been a little down as we settle into a temporary routine; we both are missing our lives in SF a little. I keep trying to remind her of the Three Month Rule. That, along with lots of extra snuggles and some peanut butter treats, seems to make her feel better. For me? Furniture. Furniture shopping makes me feel better. :)

Well you sure have been up to a lot! We just moved into a new house and we’re in the process of getting new furniture as well! Hope all is swell!

The three month rule definitely applied to me in the past… I may even say that it was stretched on 1-2 occasions. It’s normal :) Oh and the rainnn… Ugh, same here. Better get used to it around these parts!
I swear, it doesn’t normally rain this much in NYC! Or at least not so many days in a row. It really has felt like it’s constantly raining!!
Dinner on that “yacht” with you was fab! I think I forgot to mention that I’m remodeling my office with http://www.tastemaker.com and am in the market for new furniture too. I’m waiting for that H.D. Buttercup semi-annual sale. Did you ever check that place out while in SF? I’m a kid in a candy store there. Anyways, I think you would love the mood board that one of the designers created for me.
