Drinking to Reclamation

constance set - reclamation etchworks variance set - reclamation etchworks

Remember when I posted about these gorgeous, art nouveau-inspired etched bottles? I heard from several of you that the bottles were hard to get your hands on, as inventory was often low in Timothy’s Etsy shop. But good news — thanks to Timothy’s new Kickstarter campaign, you can not only help get his small business off the ground, but also receive your own set of either the Constance or Variance bottles (or both, if you’re feeling crazy).

Here’s what’s up: Timothy, artist and owner of the newly relaunched Reclamation Etchworks, emailed me recently to let me know he had launched a Kickstarter campaign. The purpose of the campaign is to help him raise money so that he can purchase his own laser etching machine, which will help him etch more recycled bottles faster (which means more inventory for lovely potential customers like you!). If you donate $79 or $159 to his Kickstarter, you’ll receive your own Constance bottle set or the Variance bottle set respectively — which, conveniently enough, is the price each set is normally! Helping a new business and also scoring beautiful, decorative bottles for your bar cart? Total win-win.

Timothy has some other ‘donation’ options that include custom etching on your set of four bottles (only $129), or getting a larger set of 8 bottles (for $249). If you’ve had your eye on these beauties, now’s the time to get them. They would make such an amazing gift for a birthday, wedding — anything, really! Orders placed via the Kickstarter will be sent out throughout the summer (be sure to check out all the ways you can support his Kickstarter here, on the right side of the page, and double check which shipment you’re purchasing). I love this concept – it’s like you’re donating to someone’s business idea, but you get something very, very cool out of it. Fun!

This is not a sponsored post. I just love Reclamation’s product, especially since the bottles are recycled, and am excited to help support a local San Francisco start up!

No no! They’re not $5k. That’s the deal — he can’t offer them at normal price on Etsy because they sell too fast. Hence the point of the Kickstarter! :)
