I’m crushing hard on the works of artist Lauren Adams. Forever a fan of landscapes, but also holding a special place in my heart for abstracts, Lauren’s work is my sweet spot — many of her pieces are inspired by landscapes, but with a modern, abstract take. Throw in lots of color to give context, and little bits of texture, and I’m sold.
Can you see some of the landscapes in her work? For example, the top piece in this post is titled “The Lake – Evening.” Or the third one down: “Through the Trees.” Completely abstract, but with the use of color, you can totally see it now, right? Here are some more of my favorites from her shop (and the titles are listed at the bottom, so you can see how well you interpret them!)
