Southern Summer

How beautiful are these photos from the Ruche early summer lookbook? I spotted these a couple weeks back (I’m blanking on how), and I instantly fell in love. Shot by the wonderfully talented folks from This Modern Romance, I adore the soft, ethereal feel of these photographs. Who doesn’t love a little Notebook inspired styling?

And in case you’re wondering, yes, This Modern Romance does weddings…and so much more. (Some of my favorite shoots are here, here and here)

{Sidenote: Has anyone ever purchased anything from Ruche? I checked out their website, and I love that their clothing is so unique and affordable. But after clicking on lots of items, I was disappointed to find that almost everything  in my size was out of stock. Anyone else have a similar experience? Oh well…at least their lookbooks are fantastic eye candy!}

    Those pictures are fantastic!! I look at the Ruche site every now and then, but I haven’t purchased anything yet. I also find my size to be sold out most of the time. At least we have these pretty pictures to enjoy instead :)

    This shoot is gorgeous, although with the humidity we’ve been having in DC I feel like its seeping off the screen. I’ve clicked through Ruche several times, but haven’t tried to order anything yet, but am now inspired to look for some cute summer dresses!

    That is such a bummer about the sizing!!! I’m totally heading over there myself to try my luck, those dresses are too fabulous not to! And what a darling photo shoot! I love the feel of it and it completely reminds me of the Notebook, too…(c:

    I love this lookbook – did you know it was shot in the same place as the boat scene in the notebook? Makes me love it a little more, I think!
