On the last day of November in the year 2010, the morning sky in San Francisco looked like this. I woke up to red light everywhere in the bedroom, and was totally confused until I realized it was because of a spectacular watercolor sunrise. I sleepily grabbed my camera and took the above shot. I’m glad I made myself get up to see this.
I love this time of year in the city, when there’s rarely morning or evening fog and one can truly enjoy sunrise and sunset. It’s just so beautiful.
