Only 25 more to go!  I count fugu among the items I would never consume for the same reasons I probably won’t ever skydive: you just never know when that parachute won’t open.

And for those of you wondering about my encounters with items like snake, prickly pear, venison, huevos rancheros, catfish, or my strange willingness to eat roadkill if push came to shove…now’s a good time to remind you that I grew up in Texas.  That should explain everything.
