Covetable. Glossy.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again. One of my favorite things about the Internet is how easy it is to discover amazing new sites.

This week, via KELLY MARKET and then this article, I found two new blogs that left me swooning.

First, meet The Coveted.

Launched just last week, this photography site takes you in to the closets of some very well-known style mavens and fashionistas. A lot of us remember this picture from Garance Doré:

It’s Mary Kate Steinmiller, Fashion Market Editor at Teen Vogue. Well, through The Coveted, you can see the creative ways that Mary Kate (and several others) style their closets, and the stories behind the fabulous pieces stored in each. Trust me, you’ll want to reorganize your closet immediately!

Second is a fantastic site created by Emily Weiss. If the name sounds even remotely familiar, it’s probably because you were busy watching The Hills circa 2007. She was that one intern in New York that was competing with Whitney and Lauren…or something? I vaguely remember something about her being flown out to LA to work on a job. It’s tough to recall all the details — too much Jersey Shore between then and now. Heh.

In any case, Emily started Into the Gloss, a beauty blog like no other.

It’s got a smattering of product reviews, lots of photos that really examine beauty in different ways, and fascinating interviews with people in the industry (her stint at Teen Vogue must have paid off — one of the most recent interviews is with Amy Astley, the magazine’s EIC!). I absolutely loved the interview with Linda Rodin, creator of the Rodin Olio Lusso line. So interesting and so inspiring!

Both of these sites had me captivated. Give them a look this weekend!

UPDATE: Due to some very justified dramz in the blogosphere over naming rights, The Coveted is now The Coveteur.
